A diverse mixing liquid that empowers the metamorphosis of foundations, lipstick, eyeshadows and pigments into a long wearing, waterproof makeup. Can be fused into makeup by using a makeup brush or integrated with pigments and airbrushed.

1. In a secondary container such as mixing palette or dish use one drop to mix with makeup items of choice.
2. This formula dries quickly so work fast to combine the mixture.
3. Apply to skin and allow 3 to 5 minutes to dry.
