DRY may be applied anywhere on the face and neck as well as combed through hair under a bald cap. Removal is easy with PPI Telesis Makeup Remover or PPI Telesis Super Solv.

Use it prior to makeup application and allow to dry thoroughly. Once dry, apply makeup as usual. Drying time may be reduced with a hairdryer. The drying effect will improve with each application.
