I am a first time user of wolfe products. And this palette was awesome for the price. Had no issues and went on beautifully.

I hate that I don’t like this at all. It’s not the hydro I was thinking about and as a water color it’s chalky when dries. I’ve tried a variety of techniques and will try more because for me, unfortunately, it’s not usable for the face. For the body, it can work... but it dries down chalky no matter how much I thin it out. I was looking for a waterproof watercolor, and it’s not a waterproof either.
